The findings indicate that installing a functional, updated version of Apple Music via an external IPA is Apple Music is a proprietary, system-integrated service that requires valid entitlements and continuous server-side authentication, which sideloaded IPAs generally cannot provide.

The original Apple Music IPA from a legitimate source will still require a subscription. Modified IPAs (often called “cracked” or “premium”) are extremely rare for Apple Music due to server-side validation of Apple ID credentials.
