Predict and eliminate porosity, shrinkage, misruns, cracks, and warpage before the first mold is poured. Optimize gating and feeding, cut material waste, and validate designs faster with physics-accurate simulation.

PoligonSoft is an all-in-one Casting Simulation Software based on the Finite Element Method (FEM). The system integrates three physics solvers for comprehensive analysis of casting processes:
Hydrodynamic Analysis: Models mold filling dynamics to predict flow patterns, identify potential mold erosion zones, and detect possible misruns.
Thermal Analysis: Simulates heat transfer during solidification and cooling phases to predict shrinkage porosity formation and optimize gating/feeding systems.
Stress Analysis: Computes thermo-mechanical stresses and strains to evaluate hot tearing susceptibility, residual stresses, and dimensional stability.
The integrated solver architecture enables simulation of conventional and specialized casting processes, providing quantitative data for process optimization and defect prevention throughout the entire production cycle.

This audio trains you to follow multiple speakers talking at once, allowing you to identify when someone is changing the subject or telling a joke.
Are you preparing for a specific goal like the or a job interview ?
Start by listening to a track without looking at the transcript. Try to catch the "gist" or the general idea. On your second listen, focus on specific details like dates, names, or emotional cues. Use the pause button frequently. Repeat what the speakers say out loud to mirror their intonation and rhythm. This technique, known as shadowing, is one of the fastest ways to improve your speaking fluency and reduce a heavy accent. Bridging the Gap to Fluency real listening and speaking 3 audio cd2
The ultimate goal of using this audio resource is to stop translating in your head. By immersing yourself in the realistic scenarios provided on CD 2, you train your brain to recognize patterns and respond instinctively.

Do not just memorize isolated words. Use the audio tracks to hear how idioms, phrasal verbs, and conversational fillers are used in natural sentences. Write down full phrases to use in your own conversations. Practice Speaking Responses
Part of the Cambridge English Skills series, this book is designed for learners at the level. Unlike traditional textbooks that focus heavily on grammar, this series prioritizes "real-world" scenarios. It prepares you for: Traveling and navigating foreign cities. Socializing with native speakers. Try to catch the "gist" or the general idea
Listeners must decode complex public announcements at airports or train stations, filtering out background noise to catch gate changes and delays.
Play the audio one final time. Speak out loud simultaneously with the recording, matching the speaker's rhythm, pauses, and intonation exactly. Final Thoughts
The series by Cambridge University Press is structured around levels, with "Real Listening and Speaking 3" being at an intermediate level. It focuses on enhancing learners' ability to understand and communicate effectively in everyday situations.

The first version of the PoligonSoft casting simulation software, initially named SAM LP 'Poligon,' was developed in 1989 at the Central Research Institute of Materials (CIM, St. Petersburg) by order of the Ministry of Defense Industry.
It was the world's first commercial software package to implement a mathematical model for calculating microporosity. PoligonSoft has since been successfully adopted by aerospace industry enterprises, where stringent casting quality standards are required.
For over 30 years, the casting simulation software has continuously evolved, integrating extensive expertise and knowledge from leading institutes and numerous companies in Russia and abroad.
In July 2009, the PoligonSoft development team joined CSoft Development.
